About Us

Mmulutsi and Partners Projects (Pty) Ltd (MPP) is a 100% HDI owned entity based in the Republic of South Africa.
MPP provides solutions and expertise in the Construction Industry through Project Management, Programme Management, Development Management, Engineering Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Services and Property Development service offering.

MPP therefore aims to provide services that will meet the demand that will be as a result of an active construction industry. MPP is equipped with the requisite skills, expertise, capacity and capability to implement major infrastructure projects. Our international contract experience also ensure that we can operate beyond the borders of South African, where the rest of the African Continent is also embarking on massive infrastructure development and rehabilitation.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT – IMPLEMENTATION TO HANDOVER

Known as the contract stage, MPP will be involved once the contractor has been appointed and monitor construction activities right through to completion.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

This service includes design, costing, BOQ preparation and supervision of the electrical component of the works. MPP will also liaise with stakeholders in determining power supply capacity and applications.

VALUE ADDED SERVICE OFFERING

MPP boasts more than forty years of experience combined. We also partner with our peers in the industry to ensure that work of any size can be implemented.
